The TSC Football Academy aims to provide every player who attends our sessions the opportunity to reach their potential.
This may be players looking to make it to a professional club academy, or simply for players looking to improve their technique. We have a proven history in providing progression routes for players.
About the Academy
The TSC Football Academy was formed in 2011 by Head Coach Seb Tidey to provide professional coaching for young football players in the Thanet area.
TSC Football Academy was set up to push those gifted and talented players onto the next level. The aim of the academy is to coach the more advanced football players and progress them on to the next level. The Academy players still play for their club teams and play occasional fixtures against professional clubs for the academy. So far the Academy has competed against the likes of Gillingham FC, Crystal Palace FC and West Ham United. To date, 26 TSC players have gone on to be signed by these professional clubs.
We currently have 3 academy venues: Thanet, Faversham and Sittingbourne.
Thanet – Minster 3G, Ramsgate – Under 6 to Under 11 age groups – Monday
Thanet – Minster 3G, Ramsgate – Under 12 to Under 14 age groups – Thursday
Faversham – Abbey School 3G – Under 6 to Under 11 age groups – Friday
Sittingbourne – The Sittingbourne School – Under 6 to Under 14 – Friday

The majority of our coaching staff have backgrounds of working in professional club academies and they have years of experience in youth development. By having a high quality level of coaching staff we know we can offer players who attend our sessions a professional, safe and enjoyable environment to help their development.
